Your Path To Parenthood Has Been Different From What You Thought It Would Be
Infertility, loss, and reproductive challenges can leave you feeling numb, angry, scared, or just completely overwhelmed.
It’s not just the process—it’s the weight it puts on your heart, body, relationships, and sense of self.
Your feelings are real. Your pain matters. And you deserve support that sees the whole you.
Let’s take this journey together—one step, one breath, and one moment at a time.
Imagine Feeling Grounded Again, Even While Facing the Unknown
You're in the right place if you are ready to:
Regain some peace and joy in your daily life (without dismissing or undermining the crappy parts)
Feel somewhat like yourself again (you’re already forever changed, but that doesn’t have to be all bad)
Show yourself compassion and bring your nervous system back to a state of balance
Trust your intuition and be intentional when making the inevitable hard choices
Accept and process your emotions and experiences (all of which are valid)
Show up in the way you want to through challenges, and life in general
Stop feeling guilty for your normal, human emotions (yes, it’s normal and okay to feel anger and envy when you find out your friend is pregnant)
MEET JESSICA KATZ, LICSW, PMH-C, CCFP
Hi, I’m Jessica – Infertility, Perinatal, and Postpartum Counselor
I’ve walked this path, too. I know what it’s like to feel like your body has betrayed you, and how lonely it is when no one else really gets it.
Over the years, I’ve supported:
100+ women through infertility, grief, anxiety, and postpartum transitions
Dozens of families navigating painful and joyful changes
30+ therapists through clinical supervision
This isn’t just clinical for me. It’s personal.
And it’s deeply relational.
Infertility tells us painful lies about ourselves and our bodies. I’ll help you unlearn these beliefs and show yourself and your body more grace.

I can help if you are a woman who’s:
Trying to conceive and having problems (no matter how long you’ve been trying)
Conceived naturally before and had losses
Had at least one child and is experiencing secondary infertility
Already started IUI or IVF (I can help you advocate for yourself and your family during this challenging and often confusing process)
Thinking of stopping infertility treatment (yet another emotionally trying decision)
Currently pregnant but worried about challenges due to past fertility issues and trauma
Experiencing, or worried about experiencing, postpartum mental health challenges
A new mom struggling to trust herself and her body after feeling like it had betrayed you for so long
And, most importantly, if you feel safe and comfortable with me
